这种推进方式的目的是工作在不同速度下的工作船减少燃料消耗。

这样做是为了优化推进系统的性能,以消耗更少的能量来实现同样的目的,从而减少污染。

电力一般由四组柴油发电机的产生,根据船舶需要来决定功率大小。

一般情况下,辅助或替代系统需要的功率在总推进系统功率中占的比例越大,这种推进系统解决方案就更有吸引力。

主要优点

燃料消耗量取决于船舶的需求 . 更高的安全性,因为该船配备了4个柴油发动机而不是一个。如果两台电动机使用在一条轴系上,安全性比起使用单一电机增加了一倍。

发电机旋转以恒速在额定速度转动,从而保证了最高效率。

这样做是为了优化的速度及螺距,以提高螺旋桨的效率,尤其是低速行驶的船只。电力生产一般由四个相同的发电机产生,取决于推进系统需要的能量和船上电力消耗部件。

能源管理装置(PMS)允许根据实际需要调整服务的发电机数量。

一般情况下,辅助或替代系统需要的功率在总推进系统功率中占的比例越大,这种推进系统解决方案就更有吸引力。

3种推进模式

环保模式

电动发动机主要与靠改变速度及改变螺距优化螺旋桨的性能

最大速度模式

2台电动机都工作在一个固定的速度,船舶工作姿态的变化靠改变螺旋桨螺距。

救援模式

电动马达推动只使用固定的速度转动。船舶工作姿态的变化靠改变螺旋桨螺距。

一些技术数据

该船配备了4台柴油发电机,每台功率500千瓦。用于船上所有电气设备(靠岸,制冷,绞车),总共需要功率2000千瓦。

推进功率从700千瓦到1400千瓦,因为齿轮箱MMW20000(减速比6,179)配有2个输入端。它可以连上两个700千瓦电动机,其中一个速度可变。

主推进通过可变螺距螺旋桨MMS780实现,桨叶直径2800mm 。

系统为BV认证,冰级1C。
